• Interest rate is 3.5%
• Paid out semi-annually
• Minimum investment:  $1,000.00
• Notes are 'on demand'
• Payable upon a 60-day notice by either party. 
• Providence Place, Inc. reserves the right to set the maturity date. 
• No penalty for early withdrawal.
